AN AFTERNOON AT THE GEORGE HOUSE

At the George house you can always count on...

A homemade welcome sign or banner at the front door (doesn't Sam look thrilled?)

A serious discussion on whether or not Diego's rescue vehicle is faster than Daddy's boat

Some fresh from the oven baking, like warm milk cake (yum), or here we have Claudia's strawberry shortcake cookies (delicious)

Some drawing of princesses

Some front yard playing.  Today it was baseball and mud stew making (see Truman at back left)

(sorry Cand...I know you generally don't like pictures of yourself, particularly when they are posted online)

Some of Ruby's dancing and singing

Some sneakery (the boys discover my coke zero on the counter)

and some cute kids...

Thank you for having us over today!  I know we trashed your house and Sam terrorized Ruby and dropped whipped cream on the carpet.  And then there was that hockey stick incident.  And I hope Will didn't contaminate anyone with his fever and lethargy.  But, thanks for my coffee and for the chats and for helping keep the kids entertained.  It really is a gong, but it is such good times as well.
