If my Grandma was a crab
She would be pink on the outside
And white on the inside
I would crack her open and dip her in butter.
But if my Grandma was her
I would cuddle up with her and watch a movie.

Clara dressed up like Grandma at breakfast
Grandma arrived on Sunday early evening for an extended stay on Pasley. Grandma loves Pasley. In fact, I think she loves Pasley as much as she loves Christmas, her Birthday and a dinner of fresh caught crab with lots of butter and a glass of red.
Grandma is also notorious for showing up on the dock with lots of luggage and food as well as gifts and treats for the kids. But I have decided we can't complain anymore. So far, this week, the kids have had 2 sleepovers with her, have spent the bulk of the day playing over at "her cabin", Jake and I have had breakfast in bed twice, plus 2 lunches served on a tray and lots of quiet alone time together, including 2 movies in bed.
Thanks Grandma!
On another note, one of the recurring Pasely games so far this summer has been playing "Grandma." It involves Sam putting on a black long wig and Clara and her friends asking Grandma if they could have a treat. Sam finds the treat stash and proceeds to dispense the goodies out. See pictures below (very funny):
