WINDY DAY

On a windy day, you might find us flying Clara's kite on the point. She doesn't like to share it however, and she is quite worried that it will get stuck in a tree or get lost in the ocean.

This kite was a birthday gift from her friend and I think it makes an awesome present for a 7 year old. Although my 5 year old wishes he had one too.

And one of Will napping that day, just because...

GORGEOUS!! One of the things I love about your photos is (as visual as I am) I can FEEL your photos. They are so visceral in their beauty.

I am so scatter brained from being gone that I cannot remember if I already thanked you for your invite yet or not, too?! It made me giddy and even if it doesn't work out this time just know you made me so excited just through your kind offer. :)

We just have to meet in person one of these days - if you come down across the border sometime, too, please give me a shout!! xo

Oh Becky, that kite is gorgeous. U. Don and I loved flying kites when we were first dating and when Chad and Shawna were little. We loved going to Queenston Heights with our kites. Huh, I just remembered as a child making our kites out of balsa (?) wood and NEWSPAPER! Such fun!

I love watching little ones sleep too....Will is beautiful!
